We only collect information that you knowingly share with us or that is necessary to run the site:
- Contact details submitted through our forms (name, email, company, message).
- Basic analytics events — page views, referrers and device type — via a privacy-friendly analytics tool.
- Cookies strictly required to serve the site and remember your preferences.
3. How we use it
Information is used to respond to your enquiry, improve the website, and — where you've opted in — to send occasional updates. We never sell personal data.
4. Where it lives
Data is stored on secure infrastructure operated by our sub-processors (currently Cloudflare, Supabase and Resend). Access is limited to KLYRO team members who need it and is protected by SSO and 2FA.
5. Retention
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last interaction. Analytics is aggregated and retained for up to 14 months.
6. Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal information at any time by writing to privacy@klyro.digital. We respond within 30 days.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
